Brush & Banter is all about making art feel welcoming rather than intimidating. Whether you’re a total beginner or already handy with a paintbrush, each session is designed to help you switch off, enjoy the process and leave with something you’re genuinely proud of.

About Maxine
Guiding, encouraging and cheering you on
With 20 years of teaching experience, Maxine brings warmth, patience and a genuine love of art to every session. She has a lovely way of guiding people that feels encouraging rather than formal, which makes the whole room relax almost instantly.
Brush & Banter is more than just an art class. It’s a chance to unwind, try something creative, meet lovely people and spend a few hours doing something properly enjoyable.
